The new and
improved Screen Layouts in 'Smart Office' mean that users can have
direct access to every part of their information on the same screen.
For instance while a user is speaking with a Current Seller they can
also be viewing the Advertising Status of the property, what money
is being held in the Trust Account, the tasks that have been
Scheduled for the property, the Current Buyers for that property and
the Research Screens showing what Activity has happened for that
property. Which means every piece of information you need is always
quickly available
