| Key Tasks for Sales Staff | To work on-line Interactively with 'Key Tasks' > click onto an Interactive Key Task heading opposite > if a dialog box appears click 'Open' button > when the Key Task file returns to the screen > open any of the Index Headings marked + on the left side of the screen by clicking on to it > then click on to a task that you wish to perform > the answer will then appear on the right side of the screen |

Most people working in the real estate industry are unfamiliar with computers and technical issues. When something does not work the way that it was supposed to work it is normal to think that something is wrong. Many times the problem is a human one and can easily be fixed. For example if the task you are wanting to perform worked when you last did it but does not work this time, then don’t panic, just simply go through the following logical steps: 1. Have you done anything differently to last time? 2. Has someone else used your computer and changed things? 3. Maybe someone has been working on your office server and has failed to re-instate. 4. Maybe it’s just a matter that your computer has had a mix up in it’s Windows operating system and needs to be re-booted.
