Often a Buyer enquiry lives in your suburb or a neighbouring suburb and could be a Potential Seller. Even if they are currently tenants, you now know that the rental property they currently live in will soon become vacant and that could be the time that their Landlord decides to sell. At the very least you have a chance of gaining the re-rental business.

If your Buyer enquiry lives outside your Trading Area the Multilink Referral module enables you to refer that buyer as a Potential Seller to another agent who trades in their neighbourhood and you can negotiate a "juicy" referral commission.

And when you know where your buyer enquiries are currently living it is easier to target your marketing dollars and to advise a potential seller where they should direct their Advertising Expenditure.
